Great location, close to everything we wanted to see and do, and good walking distance between landmarks. The apartment was pleasant; it had everything we needed and before we arrived the heaters were turned on - it was a really lovely way to arrive as it was a cold and wet Wellington day. We contacted reception and managed to book a car park in the Boulton Secure Parks, which was fantastic.

This apartment was in a convenient area just a 3 min walk from groceries with many restaurants and cafes. We stayed 5 nights and 3 nights were great. The last two nights were on the weekend and there was a lot of noise - shouting and partying sounds until 3am. I woke up multiple times as the noise was so loud it sounded like people were in my apartment. I would not recommend on a weekend!

Great appartment, loved the upstairs bedroom. The place offered everything we needed including washing machine, dryer etc. Small balcony. Great communication with staff, very helpful. Maintenance person came very quickly after we couldnt work out the blinds on skylight windows. Walking distance to great shops and restaurants

Good place for families and good base for a 3 night stay. Everything we needed was close by including various eateries and cafes. Main bedroom backed onto the street, so a bit noisy but otherwise perfect.
