We checked in late friday afternoon and the male and female on the check-in desk were excellent. They were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was perfect. We also prebooked breakfast, which again was excellent value, great quality and plentiful. The hotel is central for all of the nearby attractions. We will return here again and would highly recommend.

Room was great, clean and comfortable. Bar staff unfortunately didn't seem to know what they were doing and we were overcharged but staff on front desk were very helpful Breakfast was good for most of our party but not much for a dairy intolerance. Games room was a pound for each game. Great and convenient that it is right next to The Wookey caves.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff were incredibly welcoming, and the room was spacious and comfortable. One negative point: the bathroom extractor fan wasn't working and the shower wasn't handheld, but fixed to the wall, causing a lot of splashing.
