A perfect location
It is a super well equipped little hut, the views and sunsets were amazing. We were so lucky with the weather and enjoyed long walks from the hut every day.
What a little slice of heaven. A perfect short break in a beautiful part of the country. Views from the hot tub were magical - we were treated to one of the best sunsets I’ve ever seen! Watched hares running in the field from the comfort of the bed in the morning and listened to lapwings in the evening as we heated up the hot tub and sipped on the complementary Prosecco. Direct access to the coastal path and walking along the marshes. Clear and easy to follow instructions on how to find the secluded, private and delightfully kitted out cosy little hut. Just perfect. Thank you.

lovely secluded spot
Great little place to stay for the night. Just my wife and me, we just needed a night away from everything, we didn't even bring or dogs and this hit the spot.
Situated at the bottom of a field with open views it was a great place to unwind. We took a walk into wells along the costal path came back, lit the fire for the hot tub cooked steak and sat outside til the hot tub was ready.
We were very lucky with the weather so didn't need to try any heating but it seemed to have everything covered with underfloor heating electric blanket and gas heater.
The shower was great, plenty of time to wash etc, just don't waste time and its more than good enough.
Would definitely like to return, my kind of place very peaceful even managed to watch some deer in the next field.
If you’re looking for a place to relax, unwind and leave the world behind then look no further. This charming little property has everything you need. The weather wasn’t on our side but that didn’t matter. We were perfectly happy hunkered down in the pretty little hut, whiling away the hours. The facilities are great for what it is, and we found the bed particularly comfortable which was a bonus! All in all a fabulous place.
We enjoyed a fantastic 2-night stay in this unique, out of the way setting. The hut was really cosy and had everything we needed. Beautifully decorated and well-equipped. A perfect base from which to explore the North Norfolk coastline. Would highly recommend.

Liked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy
Disliked: Communication
Was Lovely but needed a bit of TLC
Location was perfect.
Lay out of the hut was brilliant.
Was nice to have a Indoor and outside table and sun loungers.
Was a bit tricky to find, pics where included in the check in guide but they are in the dark and poor quality and only give directions to those coming from the other direction. So we only found it once we had drove past and realised we where in wells next to sea prompting us to turn around, then we where coming from the direction they had catered for in their instructions.
We stayed at the end of August so I'm assuming its been a busy summer and the owners haven't had time to fix the following:
Toilet roll holder
Toilet flusher -worked but was broken
BBQ utensils
Front window- would only shut if someone pushed it from the outside
The main door is a stable style- was lovely but the bolt for the bottom half was broken so difficult to use.
Door hinge was loose- my husband fixed this one for you.
The steps to get into the hot tub- just seem to have seen better days have to be careful using them.
There was an information folder that was really handy but again has seen better days. But it served its purpose.
For the price of the hut i had expected these little things to be attended to.
I understand an additional cost for the hottub as it needs to be re filled and logs provided but thought the price was a bit steep of £75.
Overall we had a great time and these little things didn't spoil the trip but they need attending to.
Communication with the owner- i text to say our arrival time but didn't hear back again no issue but there was no communication from the owner hence my 2 star review. This trip was our mini moon and i had specified this on the booking. Was happy to pay for any extra treats. There was a bottle of wine for us in the fridge but unsure if that was special for us or if they do this for every visitor, either way it was a lovely gesture.
I honestly would recommend the hut to a friend but also If they asked if it was worth the money i would unfortunately say no based on our stay.
So overall its lovely place to stay with great potential if its given a little TLC and maybe the hot tup price was brought down to a more realistic price for what it actually costs to run.
Wished we stayed longer, property was lovely and clean and had everything you needed. Lovely peaceful stay to relax and chill out. The surrounding area very pretty with great places to eat.
Would love to go back.
