"This is a converted pub with an Indian Restaurant on the ground floor. Food very good cooked to taste, no breakfast offered/available. Rooms clean but dated. TV not tuned in, only BBC channels available. Good shower/bathroom. "

"The host were very friendly and hospitable. The room was very clean and in a quiet location, it was only a short walking distance from the Town centre and the beach. Breakfast was excellent, the fruit salad was very fresh, and they had accommodated for dietary requirements for cereal and cooked breakfast which looked and tasted amazing."

"Although the suite itself was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable, unfortunately our stay was overshadowed by several issues. The lights in the room didn’t work properly, which was frustrating from the start. The door to the suite constantly rattled whenever the downstairs door opened and shut, and because of the lack of soundproofing you could hear every conversation from below. Noise was the biggest problem. There is no double glazing, so we could hear everything happening outside the property, including people shouting late into the night. There was also karaoke in the pub nearby which went on late, something we had no prior knowledge of. As a result, it was very difficult to relax or sleep. It’s a shame because the suite itself is attractive and the bed is comfortable, but none of that matters if you can’t actually sleep. Unfortunately, we would not recommend this property for anyone looking for a quiet or romantic night away."

"Cosy cottage. Well modernised. Kitchen had everything we needed including dishwasher tabs and laundry liquid. Bedroom was huge, plenty of storage and very comfortable bed. Plenty of hot water and a good sized shower. WiFi was good and the tv adequate. Settee was quite small but comfortable. Beautiful ornaments and tasteful pieces throughout. Good parking space. Within few minutes drive of shops, takeaways etc. Would especially recommend Mr Chans in Kennoway. Best Chinese we've had in years."

"Our experience with this property was very mixed.The location was good. Great views to the sea from the property, and great access to some nice trails. The neighbourhood was quiet apart from the property downstairs that appeared to be getting renovated and the noise started early. Parking in the street was a little tight as the street is very narrow but there is plenty of parking further down the street.The extension with the kitchen and living area was really nice with plenty of daylight and a very comfortable sofa.We struggled with the communication with the host. Although he responded quickly, we did need to prompt him e.g. to get the lockbox code on the afternoon of arrival. We were told before we arrived that one of the two toilets was not working and he did not appear to be bothered about getting it fixed. We had to ask him to call a plumber but the issue was never resolved.Overall the property was poorly maintained and there were many issues that we would not expect to see in a holiday property. This included no curtains or blind in the upstairs bedrooms, a bulb missing from a bedside lamp, a bedroom door with a broken handle and would not close, broken clothing rail and no binbags in the kitchen bin which we had to go out and buy as soon as we arrived. We also had issues with the wifi being temperamental.Many of the issues noted above would be simple to fix and therefore it was disappointing that these were not dealt with before our stay."

"I've had such a wonderful experience living in this apartment! everything exceeded my expectations. lots of natural light that makes it feel warm and inviting. The appliances are all in excellent condition and work perfectly, which has made living so convenient. It truly feels like home, and I'd highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for comfort and convenience."

"Fabulous place in a great location, very quiet and safe area and plenty of car parking available overnight with restricted parking during the day. Accommodation was excellent and I will definitely use it again, kitchen was well stocked and the bed very comfy and overall the place was very well done out and clean. Communication with the host was very good additionally."
