"Room was nice and clean and the staff was also very helpful. The elevator was not that great and not quite clean. Also there was no free drinking water available; there was coffee and ice available but no drinking water. They should at least give two bottles of water in room for each day of stay. Otherwise no complaints, breakfast as expected was just okay same thing everyday."

"Wife slipped and fell in the shower and sprained her wrist .. the hotel used something to make the tub shell so slippery .. had the night manger come up to check and he even said the same thing still havent heard a response after telling them 4 times i want a update Wenatchee sunnyslope location "

"Let me be clear, the staff that I interacted with was so nice and helpful. The first room they assigned me at 6pm was not cleaned from the previous guest. They then set me up in a room that had a conjoined room that was occupied and had a 2.5 inch gap from the door to the floor and I could hear ever word the guest next door was saying and I tried to muffle it with a towel but it barely worked. Then I went to take off my shoes and the laminate flooring was so sticky and dirty that I either used a towel to scoot around after a shower or kept my shoes on unless I was actually in the bed."

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room is well layed out and clean and modern. Like the hooks on the wall to hang things. Kitchen area is too tiny. Hard to even deal with the ice bucket. Breakfast was very good. Unfortunately this hotel is noisy, on a busy road. And there was some kind of construction going on with a constant grinding noise. AND there were families here for baseball tournaments and the families were talking loudly and kids running up and down the halls until well after 11:00 pm."

"The room was very clean and looked very nice. In the bathroom the shower head was installed way to high. The bathroom was clean, coffee pot, microwave & mini fridge in the room. Ice machine is only on the 1st & 2 floor. They have a great breakfast with eggs, sausage or bacon, biscuits & gravy, waffles, fresh fruit, yogurt, muffins, toast, juice and coffee. There is a seperate pool and hot tub that is open 24 hrs.There is plenty of parking for travelers with trucks with utility trailers attached. There is shopping and restaurants near by also."

"I asked for room service, they asked "whats services would you like" I said, new towels, empty trash and replenish the coffee, food and cups we use.... we did not get room service and when we asked for towels they said we were syppose to ask for room service (but we did the night before). The mattress sheets do not fit so they come off @ night. Hotel is really old and small, layout is odd. Small fridge, no microwave."
