The check in staff was all business, no fluff, which is good. Could use just a little more lighter humor, although it was late so im sure it was just timing. Hotel was clean and cozy. We stayed 3 weekends in Oct and each time was great.

First time staying at this hotel and it is by far the cleanest and most well kept I have stayed in, in Wenatchee. The staff was very accommodating and the location is perfect for a short drive to Leavenworth. I will definitely stay here again the next time I am in the area.

The rooms were nice and the staff at the breakfast were great. The pool needed some work though. It was a little green and one of the underwater lights was sitting on the side of the pool with the cord still attached

We had a great stay. Morgan was amazing! He provided a late check out for us without any additional fees, gave me extra towels, and change for the washer and dryer on the property which was an amenity that I didn’t knew I needed at the time.

We stayed over a night when visiting Leavenworth. Good location and price if you don’t want to pay Leavenworth rates for a single night. Overall it was clean and rooms were big. My kid enjoyed the indoor pool.

A very good hotel comfortable bed and pillows, quiet, excellent breakfast, and plenty of parking spaces. The only suggestion I have is regarding the room: the carpet needs cleaning or washing, as it had a stale, strange odor. It is definitely worth it; good location and everything was in working order.

6/10 Okay

Disliked: Staff & service
The room was nice except for brown spots on the duvet that I had to go down and get replaced since it looked like dried blood or feces. The staff were not very friendly. When we checked out they didn’t even ask about our stay just said “ are you checking out? Ok you’re good to go.” No apologies for dirty duvet when it was brought up either when we checked in. It was just very odd especially when you work hospitality and you go somewhere else and you can tell who’s just there for a paycheck and don’t really value the guest. The breakfast was decent. Eggs, sausage links, muffins, waffles, biscuits and gravy.

HUGE comfortable room which included a large sitting area. Such a cheerful and accommodating staff from the front desk to the dining area. The location was perfect for walking after a long ride - little traffic and tree-lined streets. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat and recommend it to anyone.
