The Downtown Inn was just what I wanted. Great location, really friendly and helpful people, and a little bit cheaper than the big guys. I would probably stay there again.

The room was very dirty, sheets had been used, toilet had a urine puddle behind the lid, the towels were used and re-folded, the TV didn’t work, the phone didn’t work, it appeared to be used as rooms for the unhoused population. The end

I loved the front desk he was so helpful and accommodating to our needs the housekeeping staff were so nice and helpful very resourceful. The other people staying there were so nice too. My kids loved the swimming pool it was perfect!!

This is a really nice hotel right downtown. It is an older Best Western type motel that has been dropped from the chain and updated by a non-chain proprietor. So the rooms are a bit smaller than today's WB standards, but as stated remodeled. The staff is suburb? And the price is certainly perfect, competing with Motel 6 in price, but a much better room.

The inn was right downtown and only a block away from a variety of restaurants. The new owner is renovating and I think it will be very nice when finished but right now there are are some things that still need fixed.

It was nice to have 3 beds for us, daughter, and granddaughters. Staff was great, came quickly to change stained sheets. No one in office at 8:00am for complimentary breakfast to go. Pool was refreshing. Had a great dinner at a nearby Pub. Surrounding area had great restaurant and shopping options

Parking spaces are fairly narrow in middle area. Staff very nice and helpful. Not far from restaurants and shopping. Close to convention center without high cost and rooms are appropriate with charges.
