"Note when booking the rooms that some (like the triple) are shared bathrooms for the floor. It wasn't really a problem in our stay but obviously can be situationally inconvenient, especially overnight. No AC, which during European heatwaves these last few summers makes it very difficult to sleep and relax. Everything in Zurich is very expensive so this hotel may be good value in that light, but compared to almost anywhere else in the world, it is very poor value for the money. Staff were very...

"Really wonderful boutique hotel in the heart of Zürich. Room was clean and very comfortable, nice view over the Sihl river. Restaurant on property was well managed, service was great and the menu excellent."

"Spatious 2 bedroom apartment with dishwasher, washing machine, kitchen & living room. Clean and convenient to transport and grocery shopping. Only challenge was the check-in process is really complex and required 3 separate payments (security deposit, cleaning fee, local taxes) before getting the final access details. Several days of back and forth messaging were needed leading up to the stay. Wouldn't be possible if you weren't constantly connected before arriving. "

"location worked well for me and it was nice to have a refrigerator. but I didn't realize there was no air conditioning in the apartment. I had to keep the windows open all night but even so, it was pretty warm. it didn't help that mosquitos got in so every time I closed my eyes, I would soon hear buzzing next to my ear. on top of that, it's located near a public park and some people were playing table tennis/ping pong until 1:30 am, which was pretty loud. the shower didn't drain properly but...
