Escape to our forest retreat near Cologne: a spacious 160 m² apartment in a new-build house with barn character, right on the edge of the forest in Oberwinkelhausen, a small, quiet village of only around 100 houses. From the windows you look straight into a nature reserve, the neighbours' sheep graze nearby, and deer are regular visitors in the garden. It is ideal for couples, families or friends (up to 4 guests) looking for peace, nature and comfort.

THE APARTMENT
- Two bedrooms, each with a comfortable king-size box-spring bed and plenty of storage
- Bright, open living and dining area with wooden beams and a 50-inch Smart TV with Netflix and Chromecast
- Fully equipped kitchen for longer stays
- Bathroom with bathtub, plus a separate guest WC
- Workspace with desk, desk chair, monitor and printer, so working remotely is easy
- Fast Wi-Fi, board games and toys for children
- Up to two travel cots and a high chair available on request

OUTSIDE
Enjoy the quiet from your private garden, terrace and balcony, all with forest views. Hiking trails start right behind the house and lead to the nearby dam.

ARRIVAL AND PARKING
Two free parking spaces are directly in front of the house, and an EV wallbox is available on site for a fee. Check-in is self-service with a keypad lock: we send you your personal code before arrival, and it is valid for your whole stay.

LOCATION
Despite the secluded setting, Cologne, Düsseldorf Airport (DUS), Cologne Bonn Airport (CGN) and the Cologne Trade Fair are within easy reach by car, so the apartment works for holidays as well as business trips.

GOOD TO KNOW
- You have the whole apartment to yourself, with its own private entrance.
- Use of the garden is at your own risk, and parents are responsible for their children at all times.
- No smoking and no pets.
- The Forest Retreat is a place to rest and recharge. It is not available for parties or family celebrations.
