This is a lovely place to stay. Kathrin the owner very friendly and helpful, her English is excellent. The hotel is beautifully decorated and you can buy toiletries, snacks and drinks. Comfy bed, nice pillows, decent WiFi. Shower took a while to warm up but was excellent when it did. Effective and easy to adjust heating. The breakfast buffet is superb. Theres no lift but there are some ground floor rooms and at worst you have to go up 2 flights of stairs. The hotel is on a quiet street but gets some noise from the nearby main road and railway station. It is a 2 minute walk from the railway station but about 1km walk into the center of Wernigerode. Theres a few places to eat within a 5-10 minute walk. Overall its a lovely place to stay and i would be delighted to return

Diese Unterkunft kann man nur empfehlen, da hier von der Anreise bis zur Abreise alles geklappt hat, Die "Besenkammer" und das Frühstück hervorragend war und die Inhaberin und deren Mitarbeiterin voller Elan und freundlich sind.

Die Pension ist gut gelegen am Rande der Altstadt. Die Inhaberin ist sehr freundlich und unterstützt auch gern mit Tipps für einen gelungenen Tagesausflug. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und reichhaltig. Ich würde die Pension wieder buchen.

netter empfang und organisation vom personal, sehr gut hat uns gefallen, dass wir heiligabend noch abendessen bekommen haben, denn das bufett wurde in der pension abgesagt und haben zur tanne plätze bekommen.

ein sehr netter Gastgeber mit tollen Tips, super Frühstück, gutes Zimmer und Bad. Eine sehr gute Lage: man kann viele Sehenswürdigkeiten schnell zu Fuß erreichen und der Bahnhof liegt auch nicht weit weg. Das Duschen war nicht 100 %, da manchmal das Wasser zu heiß war und dann wieder schnell zu kalt. Ich würde die Pension wieder nehmen und kann sie auch nur empfehlen

Vi fik desværre en dårlig oplevelse, da vi blev opkrævet morgenmad 2 gange,dels ved bestilling af opholdet og ved afrejse. Det har medført en masse ulejlighed ved hjemkomst at få pengene tilbage med flere henvendelser til Hotel.com.Har d.d. stadog ikke modtaget pengene på vores konto. Vi kunne heller ikke finde vores nøgler efter en udflugt,og fik en meget afvisende behandling af den receptionist, der viste sig at have reservenøgler. Vi levede i flere dage med en høj irriterende lyd som formentlig stammede fra en røgalarm ,der skulle have skiftet batteri.Først efter 2 dage blev dette problem løst.

Ein Wochenende im Harz

Es war ein super Wochenende. Die Pension hat dazu beigetragen. Mit einem perfekten Frühstück begann jeder Tag perfekt. Ein Frühstück das nicht jedes Hotel bietet. Alles war frisch und wunderbar angerichtet. Das Besondere waren die ca. 25 Marmeladen der verschiedensten Sorten. Die Lage war sehr gut. In der Nähe der Brockenbahn und zur Altstadt konnte man sehr schnell alle Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen.
