"We had a lovely stay at Hotel Schlosspalais! The hotel was quaint, warm and welcoming, with a beautiful view of Wernigerode Castle right from our room. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the charming old town with plenty of shops and restaurants to explore. Breakfast was delicious and the service was wonderful throughout our stay. A lovely place to stay while visiting Wernigerode!"

"We loved the complementary breakfast, which had a diversity of options, and was well cared for by the hotel staff. Rooms were small and basic but comfortable. Hotel was conveniently located a short walk from the train station, bus station, grocery store, restaurants, and the main shopping district downtown. Recommended."

"Mitten in der Stadt aber trotzdem privat. Rückfragen wurden zügig beantwortet und es war genauso wie beschrieben. Die Anfahrt mit einem tiefer gelegten Auto ist nicht möglich und die Parkmöglichkeiten hätten vorher besser abgesprochen sein können aber das war ein kommunikatives Problem. Ansonsten eine top Unterkunft!Alles super sauber und perfekt ausgestattet. Wir waren wunschlos glücklich"

"The location of the property is very good, right in the centre of old town..but because there was a festival during our stay, it was very noisy until after midnight. Also, the property has no AC. It was 32°C when we were there, so it's very uncomfortable."
