Situated north of Route 6A in West Barnstable, this estate owned by an architect features striking architectural design, stunning views of Sandy Neck, a heated in-ground pool, and accommodations for up to 14 guests across two houses and seven bedrooms. Both homes on the property have been modernized. The main house, with four bedrooms and four bathrooms, includes hardwood floors throughout, granite countertops, newer appliances, ample living space, central A/C, and four full baths. The main house has three bedrooms—one with a King, one with a Queen, and one with twins—as well as a lower-level apartment with a fourth bedroom containing two twin beds. The apartment includes a kitchenette and a living area with a TV, but is accessible only through an exterior entrance, separate from the main house. The main house features a loft accessed by stairs from the living area, furnished with a 50” flat-screen TV. Wireless internet is available. The heated pool is situated adjacent to the main house, overlooking a large yard with distant views of Sandy Neck.

The smaller house called the "Carriage House" (3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths) is located about 250 feet across the lawn and features a 3rd full kitchen. The three bedrooms are upstairs, along with the full bath. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds, and the third has twin beds. You also have the best views of the tidal marsh and distant Cape Cod Bay from the covered deck. There is a half bath on the main level, along with another living area and a TV.

There are two laundry areas, one in the main house and one in the carriage house. The pool area features a deck with dining tables and a gas grill for poolside cooking. Both homes have covered porches to escape the summer sun.

There is a third building on the property that is not intended for guest use. The owner uses that space for personal purposes.

An ideal estate for large and multi-generational groups to spend time together and have enough space to spread out to enjoy this idyllic Cape setting.

The property is a short drive from Sandy Neck Beach (about 10 minutes) and from many south-side beaches, such as Craigville Beach in Centerville and Kalmus Beach in Hyannis. The Cape's most significant commercial area is a 5-10-minute drive away and offers major shopping and numerous restaurant options.
