Oceanfront Luxury in small Intimate complex!

Enjoy this cozy and tastefully furnished Double Master Suite luxury finished condo with stunning ocean views and sunsets seen out of ocean front windows from the main living area and balcony. This unit is in a small complex (12 units) and you will often be the only person in the pool or pool area. A keyless entry system means you don't need to check in anywhere.

A little bit of luxury goes a long way! Bask in the sprawling space of a King Sized pillow-top mahogany sleigh bed in the master suite and a Queen Sized Bed in the guest suite. Each bed is wrapped with 600 thread count Egyptian Cotton Linens and comfortable, colorful comforters. Travertine stone floors, richly colored mahogany furniture and ambient lighting set the mood for romance and a chance to reconnect with the ones you love most. Enjoy a full kitchen, double master layout with private en-suite bathrooms, and fine finishings and furnishings around every corner. Every small appliance that you might need is provided in the kitchen. Closet space is found in each bedroom and linen closets in each bathroom. Flat screen HDTVs are in the living room and each bedroom. Finally, enjoy the convenience of Extra Large capacity front loading washer and dryer in the unit.

There is a ladder on-site to access the ocean for scuba and snorkeling. Many world class dive sites are just off the property including the famed "Bonnies Arch." The ladder is kept under the front building and has to be carried to the ocean access (short distance, perhaps 50 feet). It is best used on calm sea days.

Feel the pressures of everyday life slip off your shoulders as you enjoy the incredible sunset every night of the year from the balcony or by the pool!

There is plenty to do here in beautiful Grand Cayman and this location puts you within arms reach of all of it. Whether you enjoy boating, diving and snorkeling excursions, or just a quiet spot on the water, you can be there in minutes! We are very close to the Cayman Turtle Centre (2 minutes), Dolphin Discovery and Discovery Cove, two distinctly different dolphin experiences. Located only 2 minutes from North West Point Beach and Dock, 5 minutes to Cemetery Beach, the northern edge of Seven Mile Beach and one of our favorite snorkeling spots. The closest supermarket, liquor stores and restaurants are also 2 minutes away. Camana Bay, an upscale outdoor shopping and dining area is only 10 minutes away. The property is only 8.2 miles and 15 minutes from Georgetown and the airport.

In the interest of full disclosure, there is construction going on all over Grand Cayman these days and our location is no exception. A very high-end luxury resort, Dolphin Point, is under construction next door and so construction of some sort may well be going on during your stay as it is variable from week to week. We obviously have no way of knowing whether you will encounter noise from it during your stay but it generally has not bothered most guests, and many are out and about during the day exploring, snorkeling or going to the beach. In light of the possibility of noise we have reduced our rates. The finished project, estimated by early 2026, will be a nice addition to the area, with a restaurant, dive shop and additional ocean access all next door when completed.

WiFi internet connects you to friends while you are away. ROKU TV and Fire Stick TV devices provide access to your favorite apps: Netflix, Amazon, etc. Please note that some apps have different functionality outside of the US. We have internet based TV which provides a full complement of TV stations including most local US stations, HBO, Showtime, and sports channels, along with a selection of movies.

We have a minimum five day stay with check-in Saturday through Monday and checkouts Thursday through Saturday during peak season, mid December until May. Otherwise a four day stay is required with no restrictions on check-in or checkout days. For other requests, especially longer stays, please let us know and we can often adjust the booking template to allow other options to accommodate your stay.

Perfect for diving vacation

This was the perfect place for our family of divers. We enjoyed the beautiful view from the balcony, and it was so convenient to be close to the dive shop and not far from things to do in Georgetown. The place had everything we could possibly need, including beach towels, chairs and umbrellas. Duncan gave us great tips before our trip to help us plan for our arrival and activities during the week. I highly recommend — we will definitely book this place again the next time we vacation in Cayman!

Wonderful Condo

A wonderful stay at this beautiful condo. Kitchen was very well stocked with all needed supplies, beach/pool necessities, comfy beds, and a nice, quiet location. The pool was so refreshing to come home to after a day at the beach. Would definitely stay again!!!

Terrific condo

This property is one of the best we have ever stayed at. Great location, fabulous pool, every item you would ever need is in the condo. All you need to bring are your personal items and clothing. Everything else is provided. The host, communicates and responds to any questions or need you may have. Any return trip to Cayman Island that we make will be to stay at this property

A GREAT VACATION!!

This was by far the best property that we have ever visited. It was very well stocked with all the essentials and more. Although we made several trips to the local market, there was plenty in the pantry to get us started. Although It could have been a little closer to town, the public transportation was very convenient .I highly recommended this property

Perfect trip

This was our third time staying in this complex and by far my favorite unit! Everything you could want while away was there. Little things at night like a sound machine, and plenty of outlines to plug in your electronics at night were an available on nightstands making it extra convenient. Beds were comfy, and the kitchen had everything you could think of, again to feel like home. My only problem was that we had to leave to come home! A great stay and can’t wait to visit one of our favorite islands again!

Perfect vacation

My family had a fantastic time here. Great location. Close enough to all the action without being in the middle of it all. Had everything we needed. Not a single complaint. Host made sure we were taken care of and provided lots of useful info and tips for our first time to Cayman. I would definitely stay here again and fully recommend to anyone visiting Cayman.

Gorgeous apartment

From the moment I walked into the apartment everything was perfect. The view of the Ocean is stunning and the condominium small and quiet. The apartment has everything that you need and the owner so very helpful. The pool is kept beautifully and the groundsman kept everywhere so clean and tidy. Thank you I had a wonderful time in this tranquil oasis.

Ocean View - Quiet & Calm

Beautiful, well maintained 2 bedroom condo with spacious living room, dining room and kitchen with island and top notch appliances. Cozy balcony which we used morning and night to enjoy the ocean view and listen to the waves. The beds are VERY comfortable. The host provides beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels and various kinds of aquatic gear.

Amazing

My wife and I stayed here for a week in May and had the best time staying here. Conveniently located in West Bay and never far from anything. Duncan was always available at the tip of my fingers and responded very quickly. The pool is very nice to sit by on the weekends. We very rarely stayed at the pool because you go to cayman for the beaches anyhow. There were beach chairs and umbrellas to take to the beach. The condo was absolutely perfect. The bed was so comfortable and very functional kitchen. Would and will return when we can!!!!

Snorkeling vacation

My husband, myself, and my adult daughter spent five nights at this condo. It had everything we could possibly need and the furnishings and decor were very attractive. There was also a very nice balcony that had a lovely view of the water. Unfortunately, there’s a lot of construction so that Made us stay inside more than we would’ve liked because it was often too noisy to be on the balcony. And unfortunately, while we were there, it was Landscaping day, and that went on for the entire morning. But the grounds are immaculate. The area is quite good for getting to the different beaches to snorkel, and we did a drift snorkel from Captain Marvins one day and that was convenient too.

Beautiful up-to-date home

We have been to Cayman 16 times and this is now our favorite home to stay at. The home itself is over stocked with plates, cups, bowls, coolers, beach equipment, etc. Nice appliances, including a ninja blender. I've never stayed at a beach house with this nice of furniture. The home is very clean, and you can tell the owner loves this place. Moreover, never have we stayed at a place with this comfortable of a bed. We love the west bay area for diving. A car is a must. As far as the shore dive there, its a bit of work to put the ladder in and go rent tanks. But, was nice to have the dive site to ourselves. Duncan responding very quickly and was easy to get ahold of. We can't wait to go back.

Incredible Condo

We have been to Cayman quite often and this is the best place we have ever stayed. The home is beautifully furnished, well taken care of, very clean and the master bed as well as the furniture was so comfortable. The home is well stocked with all the kitchen necessities (including appliances,/seasonings) that you could need - including paper towels, trash bags, dish soap & cleaners- and plenty of bath and beach towels are provided. The pool area is lovely and cleaned on a regular basis. We are avid scuba divers and the location is terrific for driving to various shore dive places, Macabuca, Lighthouse Pointe, Eden Rock, Sunset House, as well as to the Cemetery Beach dock for our boat dives. Their location in West Bay keeps you out of the hustle and bustle of Seven Mile or Georgetown, but you are conveniently close to go to those areas by car. There is construction going on next door and that is everywhere around the island but inside the condo, you cannot hear anything. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it to our friends and family.

Fantastic property-highly recommend

This condo is great and we really enjoyed our stay. There are 2 bedrooms, each with it's own bathroom. One room has a king bed, and the other has a queen bed. Beds are very comfy. The kitchen is fully stocked with every pot, pan and untensil you could ever need (even if you are cooking full meals). There are also beach towels and beach chairs. Also a washer and dryer are in the unit. It has everything you could possibly need. It's very clean, spacious and comfortable. You do have a partial view of the ocean, and there is ocean access via a ladder. However, the shore is very rocky. It's not a beach you can lay out on, and I would say to access the ocean you need to be a strong swimmer as you have to climb down the ladder directly into the ocean along the rocky shore. It's about a 1/2 mile walk to the Turtle Center. And maybe a bit longer to walk to the nearest grocery store. We have family in Cayman that drove us around. If not for that, we would have needed to rent a car. The construtction next door was not a problem at all...the roosters were louder..LOL :) Duncan was a great host, and responded to emails quickly. We enjoyed our stay and were extremely comfortable. Everyone was impressed with the condo-the size, all things provided, and even the information Duncan provided. I highly recommend this property and would stay there again.

Fantastic condo, only wish we could have stayed longer

My husband, 12 year old daughter, and I very much enjoyed this condo. It had everything we needed, and the snorkeling right off the back was some of the best in the area. Duncan was incredibly helpful both before and during our trip, in terms of quickly answering questions. I understand why this condo is so highly rated on Vrbo. I can highly recommend it to others, and hope I am able to rent it again myself in the future!

Wonderful trip!

Our family includes my wife and two boys, ages 17 & 21. We had a magnificent trip and the condo was extremely nice. Even though the condo was nice, the hospitality that was shown by Andrew, the owner, was even better. He was very helpful with EVERYTHING...restaurants, car rental, dive sites, events to do and what not to do. This was one of our best vacations ever and we hope to return!

Perfect!

We really enjoyed our stay at Bonnie’s Arch 302. The place was immaculate, very comfortable, and had everything we needed including all the items for beach trips (cooler, chairs, umbrella). The kids loved the pool and loved snorkeling right out back. The ladder was easy to get in and my 9 year old had no problem getting in and out of the ocean. Great location- more laid back and quiet for sure!
