Perfection for the price

The entire facility on the exterior is a little rough around the edges. The swimming pool was very nice very clean and very well maintained. The room was very clean very fresh very well equipped with wonderful bed, pillows, and television. Best hotel value I've had in quite a while.

The room temp was good. The TV was hard to get to turn on. No remote for the tv only the direct tv box. The floor was dirty. The bathroom dirty. Small bugs. I was leary about sleeping on the bed but was dead tired.

Everything was good. Shower was old and dirty. But the place did the trick. The bed was nice and we were able to shower. We are local and had our water off which is why we got a hotel in the first place.

Tried to upcharge me for a double room when i booked a single...the bathroom looked like a bomb went off in it..paint peeling off the door, and the walls...rust on and around the tub and clothes hanger with no hangers and covered in rust, no iron, hair dryer or ironing board...the microwave and refrigerator were both unplugged..the ac was off took over an hour to cool the room off...breakfast was non existent...i wont get into that....there was never a person in the lobby to talk to..had to ring a door bell to get some attention....

I booked a non smoking room, but had to take a smoking room because of "bugs" found in the non smoking rooms. mattress was bad, this used to be a good place, I guess the owners syphoned all the money out of it and is leaving the place to decay. A real shame!

We waited in the lobby a few minutes before anyone came out to acknowledge us. The person who came out could not speak English and had to use his cell phone to call someone. We had a reservation and he could not understand. The room was very shabby. Had dead bugs on the floor, rust in the bathtub, phone receiver was broken in half, the A/C only worked part of the time so the room stayed warm and sofa had holes in the upholstery. We were glad we were only staying one night and will not be back.

Information on listing is wrong- avoid

I travel with a registered medical service dog for seizures, and clerk tried to charge me an additional fee. Additionally, free breakfast is listed, but the room where it might have been served in the past is now nothing but storage with boxes strewn about, and clerk informed me it was no longer available. At bare minimum, listing needs to be corrected, as it is deceptive.
