"We loved our stay here! Sabijn was fantastic- she upgraded our room to the coach house which was beautiful and spacious! Super comfortable bed and nice linens. The venue is very modern, charming and clean. Coffee maker and cold creamer and bottles of water in the fridge. Our room had beautiful floor to ceiling windows and a cute little patio to enjoy a glass of wine and morning coffee with periodic visits from an adorable neighborhood cat. Nice little sitting area inside as well. The location couldn’t be better- easy parking and short walk to restaurants and water front. We had a great breakfast at the Cozy Cafe just up the street. Highly recommend and hope to be back again someday!"

"Fernhill House Hotel & Gardens was a real surprise. I did not expect this level of experience. I booked the stay due to location and availability, but I would book again due to how lovely it was. Every part of the stay was ideal. The welcome, the room, the food in the restaurant and at breakfast, the service, the setting and surroundings, the decor and their commitment to sustainability. Nothing was left to chance. The owners and their team have worked hard and given a lot of thought to how they present the property and the service they provide."

"The views here are soul soothing. Whether it’s raining or waiting to rain, you will be comfortable and cozy. We experienced the full gamut of weather in our 4 nights here and enjoyed them all. Appreciated the kitchen having all we needed for home cooked meals, including a good collection of spices and condiments. Communication with the hosts was prompt and pleasant. Close enough to Clon town that a pre arranged taxi will take you to and from if you don’t have a car. It was very spacious and the newly done bathrooms were very nice. Surprisingly good collection of movies and CDs too. You’ll be happy you chose to stay here and hope to be back. We were 4 adults, so each couple had their own bonus room for large luggage. Tidy neighborhood with friendly residents and a few sweet cats and dogs."
