"Good location but difficult to find the property upon arrival,This place is charming but there are some drawbacks. Two bedrooms not really depicted well. One said it had a twin and a bunk (twin with double bed). There wasn’t a standalone twin bed—it was a trundle. For children this might be fine, but for adults, it was not a usable twin bed. "The property is an older timeshare and dated."

"Excellent vacation in a great spot but the property needs some care."

"The New Seabury resort is beautiful & has excellent customer service. The 4/5 stars is because the unit we stayed in needs some updating. However, the layout, cleanliness, & location is good."

"Great location. Spacious house."

"Great location! Amazing hosts, very responsive. Property was perfect for our pup and home was a perfect set up for a family get away. So clean and inviting! Highly recommend!!"

"This home was perfect for our family beach trip. There are several nearby beaches and restaurants. We loved being able to walk to the Skipper! The host was very responsive and the check in and check out processes were very clear. We all very much enjoyed our stay here!"

"Amazingly clean, comfortable and a great location. We didn’t want to leave!"

"The property is clean and comfortable. You will find it resembling the published photos. It is centrally located to explore the Cod and the islands as it is near the ferries. Communication with Amy, the host was great. She was prompt and even anticipated our arrival with suggestions. Shaw supermarket is 400 yards away so convenient."

"Clean and comfortable- Exactly what we needed for our trip to the Cape; we would definitely recommend!"

"Excellent place!"

"The house was amazing! It was so much bigger than the photos could even let on. Cathy was very helpful and communicative before and during our stay. Only a short walk from the Pelham House where we had a wedding. If you're traveling with multiple cars, try to condense to two for parking, but could not recommend this place enough! Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

"Our stay was amazing. Very comfortable place. Amazing kitchen space with all the utensils. Great location and the beach is near by. Our dogs really enjoy the place and the beautiful garden. We highly recommend this beautiful home. "
