Only issue was an admittedly special request of mine, they kept saying they put it in the notes but then no one seemed aware of it and we had to ask several times for it to be done"

"Hotel is locate at Ottawa downtown area, very convenience. Staffs are friendly. We have 5 people and stay in a suite with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with laundry. Very comfortable stay. Only downside is the shapoo, conditioner and shower gel. They are so hard to squeeze. Should use the pump ones. Other than that, everything is good."
