Cozy in Fargo

Great place to stay, house was very comfortable, modern and inviting. Plenty of space for a small group or just a nice quiet get away with your partner. Would stay here again.

Needs attention

Lacks furniture downstairs, quality of furnishings is poor. Needs painting throughout, carpet cleaning and someone to mow grass and do weed control.

The first impression was not great. The paint was peeling around the garage and there were lots of scratches and scuffs in the front entry way. In addition, the back door screen was ripped up and there’s a large hole above the shower in the basement bathroom. The host did inform me that the internal issues were caused by the last guests, so hopefully they can get them fixed in the near future. It’s also odd that the main room in the downstairs is empty. With all of that being said, the house was fairly clean and large enough for a family of five to spread out. What really makes this VRBO is the location in West Fargo. It’s in the nicer side of Fargo and is really close to any place you want to go.

Could use some maintenance

The property itself was well decorated and had the supplies we needed for our stay; however, it was not well kept. The carpets and furniture were stained, paint was chipping, and there were holes in the basement bathroom. The host communicated fairly well, but were fairly rude when asking for the pet deposit, stating they had been attempting to get it for weeks, when I had only received one message for this request.
