"This was the second time we have stayed at Andaz West Hollywood. Both times we had a room facing Sunset Boulevard--we will not do that again! So noisy and so many moving lights, even with the blackout curtain--from the building across the street. Also, the room blasted a horrible perfumy smell when the air conditioning was going. Every time we walked into the room, it hit us and we said we wouldn't stay there again because of the smell. We do appreciate the free snacks and coffee machine in the lobby. The front desk staff was great. Nice pool and fitness center. We will stay here again but always request a room facing the back and hopefully the smell will be gone."
