"Another sister trip in the books. This is a perfect getaway place. Property is exactly as described in the listing. Sister and I have been coming to this house for 4 years now and will continue to do so annually for our “sister trip”. Never any issues, easy check in, easy check out and property is perfect. "This was our 2nd time staying at Blue Cottage :) We thoroughly enjoy this little lake house and feel very blessed to have the opportunity to stay here. It is a great place any time of the year! We love that there are kayaks and a peddle boat to go out on the lake—we bring our own fishing poles but the life jackets are also provided. The smart TVs in every room allow for your own preferred entertainment. Along with card and board games! It is also located only 10 minutes from Lake Livingston so you can go explore the offerings there as well. Down to the little things that really matter—I can’t tell you how many times one of us forget our toothbrush: the owners are generous enough to have disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste in the bathrooms! Along with other miscellaneous items like womens needs, other hygiene items, shampoo and conditioner, dish wash soap in the kitchen, ziplock bags for leftovers, laundry soap for clothes washing—these are the things that really, really mean a lot and make it feel like home during your stay. We always look forward to spending time here! Thank you for sharing such a great place with us :)"
