"I would have given 5 stars for cleanliness but there was a dirty mug and tissue left on the windowsill, otherwise it was spotless. Lovely bed, large walk-in shower with movable shower head. Bathroom area maybe looking a little tired but with this hotel it’s all about convenience and location to Heathrow and it’s great for that. It’s the second time we’ve stayed this year. Staff are very friendly"

"Access from Terminal 2 Heathrow was easy. Reception staff great. Arrived around noon and room was ready for us. Room was amazingly quiet. No airport sounds or lights to disturb us."

"Good for an overnight transit stay. Breakfast has a good variety, bathroom looks to have been updated, rooms a room with a bed. Shuttle service from airport is good but only come every hour so plan."

"Great spot to stay near Heathrow. The hotel is well maintained and seems to have been recently renovated. We stayed the night before a cruise out of Southampton and an easy transfer to the port the next day. Cab ride from Heathrow $13 pounds- less than the shuttle and far more convenient!"

"We stayed at the beginning and end of our holiday and parked in the T5 Pod car park. The hotel is good value for money. We had breakfast included in our booking which had plenty of variety and the hot food was piping hot."
