"Spa was great hotel was great but unfortunately our upgraded spa bathroom was bad the spa bath stank really bad of rotten eggs when the jets were switched on and the all singing and dancing shower didn't work only the small detachable shower head worked"

"It’s a double standard room but just a double bed and even no table or anything I can put my pizza on. The reception hasn’t tell me need a code to leave the car park when check in so need to go back and ask for it. Overall not a good experience."
