"Stayed a couple of times (4 years apart). Great place which I'm sure I'll stay at again.Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast."

"Loved our stay here, Martin at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. Our room was fantastic, it was very spacious and had a balcony. The room was updated and modern. The breakfast was okay at best, very basic selection. There is pay parking in the underground garage or limited free parking in front of hotel. "Very nice Hotel, friendly staff, everything is clean and well maintained. It is located in a very quiet location bordering forests and hiking trails. "

"This is an exceptional property in the beautiful Black Forest. It is a newer property with good sized comfortable rooms, an exceptional breakfast, and great hiking within steps of the hotel. I also appreciated how close it was to the train station. Highly recommend."

"The rooms were very nice, and the attached restaurant was great. The staff was a delight to deal with and the waitress was amazing. If travelling to Triberg, this is definitely a short distance alternative to staying in Triberg."

"Nice pool and sauna area, great to relax after a long day traveling. Everyone made me feel welcome, just perfect. "

"Plenty of parking in front of the building or directly across the street (reserved for the hotel), friendly check-in, excellent food (breakfast, lunch and dinner - we ate there every night), spacious, pleasant and light room"

"This was one of our favourite hotel stays ever! Beautiful wood panelled lodge set into the hills of the Black Forest. The room was spotless and the food at dinner and breakfast was faultless too. The service was friendly throughout. The view from the beer garden alone is worth coming for. 10/10 P.s. It’s a personal preference thing but I like to have two pillows. There was only one in the room so do ask at the desk if you prefer two"

"Great room. Excellent breakfast and dinner. Very clean. Safe and quiet. There is not much else or good food options in the surrounding area. The pillows need some firming up but we loved this place and the lovely hosts. I would stay again."
