"It was a blessing to stay for one night, and experience the personalised hospitality and generosity of spirit we encountered. The Beach House was on our ‘wish list’ and it was available - serendipitously. We noted and relished attentive interior decor, effective functionality that has been designed clearly from a guest’s perspective, and scrumptious food and refreshments. Familiar with West Wittering and neighbouring villages, the location was spot on for all we enjoy. We will endeavour to book another stay in the future, with trust and eagerness."

"The house has everything for combined generations and especially children to have a super holiday. It was clean, spacious and a peaceful area. It is well placed to walk to three different beaches or drive to two.The pool is a great size for swimming and with steps across one end for children to play."

"This was our second visit to Little Orchard and we loved it as much as on our first. The accommodation is spacious, clean and well-thought-out. It is has a well provided kitchen, practically laid out, with good space for communal eating and relaxation both indoors and out. The outside is a particular highlight and we loved the hot tub! The bedrooms are a good size, most ensuite, with the 2 upstairs bedrooms with shared bathroom perfect for a family to share. The location is excellent for exploring the area. We could fit 3 mid-sized cars easily on the drive, but the bus stop into Chichester is on the doorstep too. The Wellie and Windbreaks team are helpful and responsive. Thoroughly recommend."

"Hosts were lovely and very helpful with parking, as it is limited parking and we were two cars. Cottage is very quaint with a beautiful walk to the beach. Didn’t need for anything and the beds were so comfortable. A joy to wake up in with the sea breeze and sunshine."

"linden house was beautiful, it was just a short walk or 7min drive to the sandiest beach in West Wittering, the hosts were very welcoming and helpful thank you Lulu and Russell and they even have a Hot tub, it was so nice to watch the horses on the back of the house on a morning with a coffee and the little book with all the local places to eat were a lovely touch, I recommend the Boulevard, it is a family run restaurant and it did a lovely burger and Sunday roast. Cannot recommend enough"

"Quirky accommodation with everything you need, ideally located within easy walking distance of shops and pubs. The only downsides are that the living area is quite compact, and the bathroom is rather small, with a very tiny sink that's not particularly practical to use. The bikes available were also covered in rust, making them difficult to use, and the windbreakers free to use appeared to have been left under cobwebs for quite some time"
