Clean hotel with nice helpful staff. Hot tub was great. Parking was not good because there are not enough handicapped spaces nearby and regular spots are all parallel parking next to the hotel. So not enough spaces for everyone to park. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was very clean, and the bed slept well. The hotel was within walking distance of the town, which made it very convenient to the restaurants and retail stores. Also very easy to access Yellowstone Park.

A nice spot to stay in, rooms were bigger then expected. It was cool to hear the wolves in the sanctuary across the street howling in the early morning or evening if you went outside. I'd stay here again :)

The property is conveniently located near the Yellowstone West entrance, allowing you to visit and return in the afternoon. I would particularly highlight the friendly and helpful staff. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. The only improvement I can suggest is addressing the parking issue, as the hotel is often full, and finding parking can be challenging.

Had a great stay! Staff was very helpful & very friendly! Great town of West Yellowstone, very convenient to west entrance of Yellowstone (1 mile or less!) Only issue was parking lot was full when returned late (9:30pm) one evening, but we managed to create a spot! FREE Laundry facility on first floor, which was great!

Incredibly helpful staff at reception. Beautiful large rooms - we had a couple tiny maintenance issues, not big enough to alert staff as we just wanted to relax after 3 long days in Yellowstone. Laundry machines were a wonderful amenity, and the hot tub spa in the pool. Location is incredible. Parking was the only issue, and the alley that leads to the lot needs better lighting for safety. Highly recommended for Yellowstone travelers.
