Great clean New England mom and pop owned property. The staff are wonderful. Private beach with beach bar with food available. Owner also owns the restaurant/pizza shop and convenient store across the street and offer 5% discount for motel guests. Great location. Food, shops, state beach all within a 2-10 min walk.
