"The Arrow is a gem. A historic building from the 1920s. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant and bar staff were great. The common areas were clean and inviting. My room with a king actually had a separate sitting area and a kitchenette. Downtown Broken Bow is classic small town America. It was a great stay and i wish i had more time to spend."

"The shower was impossible to turn on and figure out what was cold, hot, or off. It was extremely noisy."

"The room needs updated. Bathroom linoleum is torn in places. Parking lot is breaking up and has pot holes. "

"As I approached the motel from the street it looked as I would expect, then I had to turn around, as I went past it, and I then saw it from the side. The rooms I saw had broken windows, and the air conditioning units were broken. I decided then to not stay there, so drove on and stayed in another town"
