Renaissance Columbus Downtown Hotel
The lock on my door was broken and the iron was broken. However, the room was spotless, the staff were kind and professional, and I didn’t have to leave the hotel for dinner. I would stay here again.

The host was welcoming and responsive to our inquiries/requests. Whoever is managing the property for him just needs to improve. Snow hadn’t been shoveled away from a big storm 2 weeks before. Thus we couldn’t park more than 2 cars in a 4 car driveway, had to wade through drifts getting out of car ...

Two Bedroom Cottage House in Uptown Westerville
The entrance to the house was not shoveled and it was ridiculously and dangerously slippery getting into the house. No parking as the snow was not even cleared for us to park in the area that we needed to park in. The house reeks of urin and smelled as if they were covering it up with glade plug-ins. ...
