"Even though we only stayed for two nights, it was really worth it. Ray and Sanchia were super helpful with anything we asked for or requested, the view is even more awe inspiring when you see it compared to the photos. The room is very spacious with all the usual amenities, as well as a few snacks and drinks and house keeping every day; if you need it. Lots of things to do around and nice places to eat. Don't be scared of the steps, they are definitely doable ;) "

"This was an excellent stay. The hotel contacted us in advance to offer early access to the room and to confirm our arrival time. The hotel manager, Wonderful, was a welcoming and helpful host. "Celebrated my 40th birthday here and it was one of the best hotel experiences ever. The staff is friendly & knowledgeable, they felt more like family. The property is breathtaking and beautiful. Our first floor room was spacious and well decorated with all ameneties including tea/coffee, fridge, beach towels etc. TV had Netflix etc. More St James than Kalk Bay but only 10mins walk to Kalk Bay. Breakfast was excluded but we just added and the choice was extensive. parking was available just around the corner.
