Sundeck is a truly magnificent villa commanding unobstructed views of the West Coast of Barbados and the Caribbean Sea. The landscaped one-acre plot is bordered by the exclusive Royal Westmorland Resort and Golf Course.

The home is 8,000sq feet of covered area and is a fusion of tropical and contemporary styling. It has been architecturally designed to maximize the cool island breezes.

From the moment you enter the gates to the property and climb the sweeping driveway you know Sundeck is unique. The impressive main entrance is designed with cascading water falls with the soothing sounds of running water into the koi pond. The spacious terraces lead to an infinity edge saltwater pool overlooking the ocean. The sun terraces are set next to the lush garden overhung by a great mahogany tree. Outside dining is perched under a gazebo construction with magnificent views. The capacious interior is complimented by tall, vaulted ceilings and large sliding doors and windows, to complete the inside out lifestyle.

Sundeck comprises of a master bedroom with terrace overlooking the ocean, a walk-in dressing room and spa sized bathroom – including a Picasso bathtub and great square rain shower. The further four bedrooms are all en-suite and airconditioned. The shiny white washbasins and baths ate fitted with top of the range Dornbracht fixtures.

The home boasts a Scavolini kitchen with thick white quartz worktop and professional stainless-steel appliances. It is perfect for entertaining. There is also a mirrored gym, tv entertainment room, reading room and utility room.

Annual Multigenerational family vacationn

Beautiful house with plenty of room for all 10 of us with spectacular sunsets and views. Staff was the best I have had after some 30 years of renting vacation home; highly responsive, above and beyond, good recommendations and suggestions for us; checked on us regularly but respected our privacy. Chef was fantastic. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
