"This is a very convenient hotel for layovers at MIA and for short business trips to Miami. Rooms are spacious although closet space is a little limited for extended stays, particularly if there is more than one traveler. Staff is friendly, bar and restaurant service is good. Shuttle to and from airport runs 24hs what is very good."

"Helpful staff, clean rooms. Parking lot had spaces blocked off and spots were unavailable to park at random times. The hotel could update their room fixtures, especially in the bathroom (shower head, shower curtain), water was everywhere because shower curtain didn't close."

"You are charged a resort fee but when we went on the beach we had to rent lounge chairs ($20 per chair) and $15 or something dollars for an umbrella. We opted to just sit on our towels. After checking out and having time to look at the terms, we noticed that if we are staying at the hotel we are offered 2 lounge chairs per room. We had 2 rooms so we should have had 4 chairs. While there you have to wear a wristband to state that you're staying at the hotel. We should have been offered lounge chairs with the band and I don't understand why we weren't. Other than that the pool was nice. there were 2 but one of them was closed off for the "mermaid show" so why advertise 2 pools if there's always "mermaids" in it. Also drinks were expensive. I bought a bottle of aloe at the convenience store in the hotel and was charged almost $27 for a $10 bottle of aloe vera. My fault for forgetting but damn. Not really closeby to any breakfast places. We had to walk 15 minutes in 90 degree weather to a breakfast place. $100+ for 3 adults and 2 children. Every time we stepped out the door BAM $100 to eat anything. It's just unfortunate how expensive things have become. Anyway....the hotel was close to the airport and cruise port--not enough to walk but a short uber or taxi ride--it fit our needs mostly for what we were looking for. The kids enjoyed it. I got burnt the first day. Bring sunscreen and lots of MONEY because everything is overpriced"

"We arrived at hotel with hotel shuttle from Miami international at 11:15pm. Check in was smooth and we asked for 2 extra pillows from Yvette who was working with one other employee. She said there was no housekeepers there at that hour and if i could wait til things slowed down she would attempt to get them to me. The lobby was very busy with crew ship employees checking in. I said no problem when ok i could use extra pillows for my bad hips. She called my room and asked if we thought we still needed pillows that things slowed down enough. I replied we had enough cuz we had 2 beds with pillows. I was so impressed by her not forgetting about us and reached out to see if we ok and also with a positive attitude. Left a lasting impression on me"
