"Enjoyed my stay. The staff were great. When I arrived to my room I noticed it felt pretty warm. I checked the thermostat and it was set on cool but blowing out hot air. I immediately notified the front desk and the gentleman immediately switched me to another room without hesitation. Definitely will stay again."

"When we first started staying here a couple of years ago I was not pleased with the attitude shown here and I wrote a review to it, well low and behold management must have read it and things turned around 180°! Personal now treat you as if they are truly concerned with you and your well being and comfort. Example: Our last stay was last month, I took a 3 mile walk that day and when I returned the desk clerk asked if I was alright - apparently I must of looked exhausted. I then sat in the dining area to wind down and another personal came by and asked if I was doing okay. Before, in my first review personal would have just blew me off, but not now. It is top level customer service like this that keeps me coming back... you are more than just a customer there. THAT MEANS A LOT TO US when we travel!!! Keep up the good work! Diane&Michael"
