" I stayed at this hotel for the weekend and unfortunately had a very poor experience. The room was never cleaned during our stay, which was very disappointing. My daughter also broke out in what appear to be bed bug bites after sleeping in the bed. In addition, the bathroom sink was not properly maintained—the nozzle was coming off, and whenever you turned the water on it would move and spray. Overall, the condition and cleanliness of the room were unacceptable."

"I stayed here for one night and it was a mixed experience. The room itself was clean and well kept, and the staff at the front desk were genuinely friendly and helpful during check-in. The property seemed maintained and the basics were fine. Unfortunately, the location right next to the highway made it hard to sleep. Traffic noise carried straight into the room most of the night, which kept waking me up. The shower also never really got warm and stayed mostly cold, which wasn’t great in the morning. Breakfast was another letdown. The options were limited and the quality was pretty poor, so I ended up skipping most of it and grabbing food elsewhere. Overall the cleanliness and staff were positives, but between the highway noise, cold shower, and disappointing breakfast, it wasn’t the most comfortable stay. "

"The service was great. We were greeted with a smile. The young lady at the desk was very professional and courteous. She recommended restaurants close by, but we live in the area and knew the area well. The bathroom was spotless. The carpet was not run down like in some hotels I've been to. We loved the shower. The bed was comfortable. Please don't let this hotel get run down. We stayed here on a recommendation from my niece who stayed in the area last year. She said the people and the hotel were great."

"This is a new hotel and is very nicely designed. The staff was great! The room was wonderful, except for the blinking light in the heat/AC (which negated the GREAT blackout blind on the window). The shower had low pressure and very little warmth - but wasn't freezing cold. We plan to stay here many times in the future."
