We did not receive a proper welcome. We were given our room cards with a note of room number and car exit code, but no verbal confirmation or directions, nor were we asked if we would like to open an account with which to put drinks, etc on our room. A smile would have been nice. I don’t blame the young lady as she appears not to have been trained at the most important job. The South African lady in the bar was excellent, and a credit to the hotel.
