You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Central beach location 5minutes walk to beach, 10 mins walk to town

300 metres from the beach and a hop skip and a jump to the local store/restaurant.
All day sun with lovely evening sun on the deck till the sun drops behind the Coromandel ranges.
2 bedrooms in the house itself with an attached garage (internal access ) that sleeps 5.
Great people and car watching from the deck over New Year and Beach Hop.
Excellent shower water pressure.

If you do smoke. Please place cigarette butts in ash trays. Not on lawn or in gardens.
