The Space:
Morning light slips across the fairway as mist lifts near the first tee and the peaks of Whistler and Blackcomb sit snow-dusted in the distance. You come in from the cold, hang your gear in the mudroom, and let the warmth of the indoor fireplace settle into the open living space. Later, steam rises from the private hot tub while evergreens stand quiet around the backyard.
Living spaces
Big Sky Chalet is arranged over two levels with inviting places to gather and unwind. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame mountain views, while natural stone accents and exposed log beams bring the atmosphere of a true Whistler chalet. After a day on the slopes or trails, sink into the formal living room by the wood-burning fire, or spend the evening in the home theatre with surround sound.
Kitchen and dining
The kitchen is set up for shared meals and easy mornings, with a Wolf gas range, granite countertops, a center island, and a dishwasher. The dining area seats eight beside wide windows overlooking the fairway, so you can linger over dinner while the light fades over the greens.
Sleeping arrangements
The upper level holds four bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, plus a powder room on the main floor for convenience. The grand primary suite includes a king-sized bed, a fireplace, a TV, and a private sundeck with scenic views, along with a double vanity, deep soaking jacuzzi, and a glass-enclosed steam shower. A second bedroom offers a queen bed and shower ensuite. The third includes a king bed with a bathtub and shower combo. The fourth bedroom features two bunk beds, a TV, and a lounge area with bean bags and sofa - a comfortable spot for downtime after winter adventures.
Outdoor living
Step onto the patio or balcony for crisp mountain air and peaceful views. The backyard offers open grassy space, outdoor furniture, a BBQ grill, and the private hot tub tucked into a quieter corner of the property.

You’ll have in-unit laundry with free washer and dryer, Wifi, and a dedicated workspace with a desk and office chair. Bathroom essentials and cleaning products are provided, along with the basics for a comfortable stay. Self check-in is simple with a smart lock, and there’s free parking garage on premises. For added peace of mind, the home includes a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and fire extinguisher.
Neighborhood
Nicklaus North is a quiet area near Green Lake, about a 5-minute drive from Whistler Village. In winter, cross-country ski trails begin nearby, and you’re well placed for Whistler’s year-round experiences while coming home to the calm. Lake access is available via a path or dock.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Centered around the renowned Nicklaus North Golf Course, the area offers stunning lake and mountain views year-round. In summer, residents enjoy easy access to golf, Lost Lake trails, and the Valley Trail network. In winter, the neighborhood transforms into a serene base for Nordic skiing and snowshoeing. With a peaceful, residential feel and close proximity to Whistler’s amenities, Nicklaus North is ideal for guests seeking scenic beauty and quiet luxury.
