Sleeping Arrangements The condo comfortably sleeps up to four guests. The primary bedroom features a queen bed, offering a restful space to relax after a day on the slopes, along with a TV for added comfort. The den, though without windows, is perfect for additional guests and contains a twin bunk bed. With two full bathrooms, one ensuite with a bathtub and shower, and another with a glass-enclosed shower—there’s plenty of space for everyone to freshen up.
Outdoor Living Step outside and breathe in the crisp mountain air on the private balcony, where you can enjoy views of the surrounding forest. The shared year-round heated outdoor pool and the largest hot tub in Whistler are just a short walk away, offering the perfect places to relax and soak in the mountain views. For those who prefer to stay active, the building features a fitness gym with essential equipment.
Ski Access & Location With ski-in/ski-out access right from the back of the property to Merlin’s Run, you can effortlessly hit the slopes during the winter season, typically from late December to March. The condo is just minutes from Whistler Village, providing a convenient location to explore shops, restaurants, and other local attractions. Whether you’re looking for a casual day on the mountain or a chance to explore the vibrant village life, the condo places you right in the center of it all.
Kitchen & Dining The kitchen is equipped for everything from quick meals to hearty dinners after a day on the mountain. With stainless steel appliances, including a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher, you'll find everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. Guest Access: Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the ski locker room and building amenities, including the heated outdoor pool, hot tub, fitness centre, and front desk service. The building features an elevator from the parkade for easy access. Guests will receive detailed check-in instructions prior to arrival, with keycard access provided via the front desk or lockbox for after-hours arrivals.
The Neighborhood: The Woodrun Lodge is one of Whistler's most sought-after locations. It is conveniently located close to the lifts on Blackcomb Mountain in the Upper Village and features a pool, hot tub, and fitness facility. Enjoy the serenity of the mountains, with a short 10-minute walk, or a 5-minute free shuttle to Whistler Village. Access the ski-in/ski-out via the ski locker room to find yourself at the Blackcomb Gondola in seconds! After a day on the hill skiing, hiking or biking, enjoy a soak in one of Whistler's largest hot tubs at this four seasons property.
Getting Around: • Direct access to Merlin’s ski run from the rear of the property • 2-minute walk to Upper Village • 15-minute walk to the Village Stroll • 10-minute walk to Chateau Fairmont golf course • 20-minute walk or 5-minute cycle to Lost Lake • A 2-minute walk to the small Upper Village Market • A 5-minute drive to Fresh St. Market for your grocery needs. • Free village shuttle (Route 5) Leaving from the reception, walk for two minutes, and then turn right at the junction, you will see the shuttle stop
Other Things to Note: • No air conditioning. Fans are provided for all bedrooms. • Skis and bikes are not allowed inside individual units. Secure, shared mountain bike & ski storage available – bring your own lock. • Maximum parking clearance is 6'8 in the underground parking. There are 3 over-height parking spots located by the cul-de-sac on Spearhead Place available on a first-come, first-serve basis. No parking pass is required as Whistler Municipality manages the spaces. You must park between the parking signs or you may be towed and/or ticketed.
Interaction with Guests: Our concierge team is available 7 days a week to assist with anything from ski rentals to dinner reservations. While you’ll enjoy complete privacy during your stay, we’re only a phone call or email away should you need assistance.
