The Space:

Snow settles quietly along the fairway as the mountains rise beyond, creating a peaceful alpine backdrop. After a day on the slopes, ease into the private hot tub or gather fireside beneath vaulted ceilings and exposed log beams. Winter mornings feel unhurried here, with coffee in hand and views stretching toward Whistler and Blackcomb.



Set along the 16th fairway of Nicklaus North Golf Course, this two-story townhouse offers a bright, open-concept main level. Large windows frame mountain views, while hardwood floors and a gas fireplace create a warm setting throughout the colder months. Vented cooling on the first floor and heating throughout ensure comfort year-round.



Please note that a roofing project will be underway throughout the Goldenwood complex from late March (weather-dependent) through the end of summer. During this time, guests may experience intermittent daytime construction activity and noise as contractors complete essential building improvements. Accommodation rates have been adjusted and an additional construction discount is applied at the time of booking to help offset any potential disturbances during your stay.



Sleeping arrangements

The home comfortably accommodates up to eight guests across four bedrooms. Upstairs, the primary bedroom features a king bed, fireplace, private balcony overlooking Green Lake, and an ensuite with double vanity, deep soaking tub, and glass-enclosed shower. The second bedroom includes a queen bed beside a full bathroom with walk-in shower. The third bedroom offers a king-split bed that can convert into two twins, along with its own ensuite featuring a bathtub-shower combo. On the main level, a fourth bedroom with a queen bed and desk connects to a private ensuite, and a powder room adds convenience.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is fully equipped with granite counters and Bosch and Sub-Zero appliances, making shared meals easy after a day outdoors. A dining table seats ten, with additional seating for four at the breakfast bar. The open layout keeps everyone connected from kitchen to living area.



Outdoor living

Step onto the patio or balcony for crisp mountain air, or unwind in the private hot tub beneath winter skies. The BBQ grill and outdoor furniture offer flexible space year-round.



Comfort & amenities

Enjoy in-unit washer and dryer, wifi, a dedicated workspace, TV, and bathroom essentials. A private entrance with smart lock allows seamless self check-in. The property also includes a safe and free parking garage on premises.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for two additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Nicklaus North is a quiet and exclusive neighbourhood, with quick access to golf in the summer, or cross-country ski trails in the winter. The unit is a short walk to the Nicklaus North clubhouse's Table Nineteen restaurant and lounge, and within walking distance to the Meadow Park Sports Centre. The village and base of the mountains is a short 7-minute drive.



Getting Around:

This unit is a 10 - 12-minute walk to the closest Whistler Transit Bus Stop. Alternatively, taxis are readily available and are approximately $ 15 CAD each way, seating up to five guests. When staying in Nicklaus North we recommend hiring a car for added convenience, with ample pay parking within Whistler Village between $12 - $40 CAD per day depending on the location.

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home.

• The Goldenwood complex and grounds are 100% smoke-free
