"When we arrived, the clerk told us to pull around back. There was several men in the entrance door hiding behind the bushes smoking. Felt unsafe. We got checked in and the carpet was stained . Although the sheets were clean, we stayed the night.
The shower and bathtub was filthy, stained and rusty. Upon returning after our day with our family, we woke the next morning to a huge cockroach running across the bathroom floor. So I went to the front desk and on the way there I encountered the manager. I explained to him the situation and he said , that he was able to refund only a portion $70 to be exact, but you would have to call Exedia. As we were finishing our conversation and I shared with him that I took pictures of the room and the cockroach. He let me know that because we booked through Expedia that they pretty much give us the crappy room. Very unhappy.
