My room did not have central heating working and had to use a portable heater. Apparently some other rooms have similar problem and no maintenance to fix on a Saturday evening. I arrived to find there was no parking . When it said on booking free parking available. Then at reception I was told you had to pay for parking and car spaces were rent out. So no parking even though I was a student.
