This is a quaint hotel. The bathrooms are brand new, but the rest of the hotel has an English feel that welcomes you. The elevators are very small, but we never had any problems using them. There is a wonderful bar and an excellent restaurant. The staff could not be nicer. We had a dedicated doorman who helped me in and out of taxis. We loved every minute of our stay and would highly recommend it.

Absolutely an amazing stay! The stsff ate quite friendly and I appreciated being able to store my luggage after checkout for the entire day in the luggage room... for free! Very clean & essy to navigate to. Its about a 10min walk to a couple of train stations & 10 mins from the Tower of London and the Tower Bridge. I'd definitely stay here again!!!

Absolutely love this hotel. It is the first time I stay at an Andaz hotel and will now try it elsewhere.
The design is fun and modern. There are numerous restaurants onsite and a 24hr gym.
The location is perfectly situated right next to liverpool station and you have numerous cafes, a tesco, a boots across the street.
Above all else though, the staff is the heart of the hotel.

I recommend this hidden gem!
Location: This is a quick walk from the Tube at Aldgate East, and a 12-minute walk to the tube Whitechapel for the Elizabeth Line if you're coming in from Heathrow, for example. Two very easy ways to get to this hotel that I used.
I was happy to be upgraded to a higher floor and room, with champagne, from my higher tiered level with Hotels.com.
But either way, would've been happy with the room I booked.
Just the entrance alone is very safe as it's locked at night...
