Stay in this beautiful country home!

Spend time in the country! Watch the sun rise on the screened in back porch, and sunset on the large covered front porch. Spacious house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Large open den, farmhouse type kitchen which contains gas Jenn-Air stove/oven combination. Laundry room with washer and dryer available. Large deck accessible from back porch with hot tub for relaxing. Each bedroom contains a smart TV. Wi-fi available. We have even added a pack and play and a portable swing for your little ones, if needed. There is a Tree house in back yard for lots of fun playtime! Property is close to Lake Tyler, where fishing and boating abounds and convenient to in-town shopping.

Great Getaway!

Great stay for all ages

My family and I stayed here for a weekend, and it was great! Plenty of places to sit, eat, and hang out together inside and out. There is a grocery store only 6 minutes down the road as well for easy, last minute needs. It had plenty of extra blankets and towels. We will definitely be staying here again!

Great home away from home

This was so much better than staying in a hotel! We had plenty of room to stretch out and make ourselves at home. It had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and the hot tub in the evening made it easy to relax and decompress. The host was easy to reach out to and we enjoyed the bar-b-que next door. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

3 day trip to Whitehouse

We stayed indoors mostly because of the heat. Not too much traffic on the road, private. The house was very clean and easy to keep that way. Had all the kitchen tools we needed to grill or cook indoors. Comfortable and clean and we had a great time staying in this country home!!

Fantastic stay in traditional country home. Home well stocked and clean. Large table for family to sit around. Small pick up BBQ place next door was delicious and made for a quick meal on arrival. Quiet even though directly off the road. Yard was large both front and back (not fenced for those with children). Wished we had more time to enjoy the full aspect of the home. (Hot tub, grill, porches)
Lots of trail options nearby.
Game time = fun time.

Perfect Texas family getaway

The house really felt like a home. It was wonderful to spend time with family. The kitchen was really well stocked for all our cooking needs and the beds were super comfy.

Family Gathering

We had family from TX and OK gather here for a weekend of fun and relaxation. Plenty to do in the area or just hang out at the house. We went to the Caldwell Zoo, which was great for all ages. The hot tub was a nice amenity athe house. Very accommodating and relaxing. Will be back

Just far enough from town!

Enjoyed this home thoroughly. House had everything we needed and more plus a clean spa, lots of space, and everything we needed was provided. Extra bonus was having Lake Tyler around the corner.

Great short stay in Tyler

My husband and I had a great stay! Bed was comfy, house had so much room and everything we needed was at the house. I loved the huge front porch and screened back porch. Can't wait to come back! Thanks!

Loved it!

This place was so cute! We loved the hot tub and the beds the best. The kitchen had absolutely everything needed. The owners even supplies books, games, and puzzles. We loved it and will definitely be back!

Perfect country getaway

Amy has made her childhood home into the perfect cozy getaway. The house was clean, smelled amazing, and beds were so comfy! The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The BBQ place right next door was both convenient and delicious!

Road Trip Getaway

We enjoyed our time at the house! Plenty of room for our family, & the hot tub was a big hit. We also had fun cooking out on the grill in the evening, & we made sure & picked up lunch from the barbecue spot next door. Terrific communication from the host as well. Highly recommend!

Country home was cozy

Great for family gathering. Not too far from our lakeside reunion and needed to house overflow guests. The Living Room recliner-style furniture was comfortable for our fellowship and dining table was good size for family games. AC was strong and a refreshing retreat from the Texas heat.

A really great week-end!

This is a really great place to stay. It is large enough to comfortably accommodate several people and although everything is not brand new it is very nice. The home is clean and well maintained. The area is peppered with other homes that are on large tracts of land. Lots of trees and Whitehouse/Tyler is nearby and the owners are friendly and accessible.

Perfect location

Perfect location for the plans we had. Close to Lake Tyler and lots of things to do in other areas around Tyler. The house was awesome. Plenty of room for 2 people or a whole family. Big kitchen and Den with everything you need if you just want to hang out there. Easy check in and check out. We will stay there again definitely and recommend it to anyone going to the Tyler , Texas area.

Short visit to my Dad’s side of family

House was perfect for my 80 year mother and my 2 granddaughters. They were able to play outside on the swings which they loved. It was centrally located to all the different areas we had to go. I appreciate the promptness of the owner when I needed to contact her. It was a quiet area to to stay.

Eclipse trip 2024

The property is beautifully located within a short drive to Tyler. Spacious living dining and kitchen areas, with several outdoor areas too. Nice yard enclosed on three sides, great for children to play. Walking distance to a highly rated BBQ place. Will definitely book again next time! Thanks!!

This house was nice enough, but not as clean as we had hoped. The living area was comfortable and the dining table was nice for playing games. The road was busy, which made it hard to turn into the driveway, since the traffic was moving at about 55mph. The front porch was nice.
