"The room was not fully cleaned or inspected. The filter for the AC was out and we were asked to put it back in ourselves, but the AC unit was extremely filthy! The shower had a piece broken off the wall and hanging."

"This was an excellent experience! We had to find a spot at the last minute and at 10pm on a Saturday night, the front desk staff (Rosemary) was so welcoming and friendly. We got a text a bit later checking on us which is a really convenient way to communicate. The room was clean, the bed and pillows so comfortable, and breakfast was pretty good. "Room had small bugs every where. Had to move to another Marriot hotel. It was was worse in a different way. "feces on bed spread". Done with all Marriot associates.
