La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Gonzales LA
8/10 Good
"Great stop for the night"
Surestay Plus By Best Western St. James Donaldsonville
10/10 Excellent
"Very friendly staff. The Hotel was clean. Anything we needed we just asked for and the staff helped us out right away. Location was convenient. My sister in law was downstairs and the room next to her played some really loud music early in the AM, but they never reported it, otherwise I am sure they would have stopped it right away. We were on the 2nd floor and it was quiet."
Holiday Inn Express & Suites Thibodaux by IHG

Extended Stay America Suites - Donaldsonville - Gonzales

"Staff was great, room was good. The only thing was an odor in the hallway."
Clarion Inn and Conference Center
8/10 Good
"The staff around the property was excellent, very helpful & very friendly. The breakfast each morning was fantastic. The staff at the front desk & around the property was excellent, helpful and friendly. The only issue we had was the room cleaning staff. We had to keep tracking them down each day for towels & washcloths. The coffee maker didn't work, so we had to track them down to get a new one. Finally it worked. They didn't show up for 3 days. Each day we got back to the room late in the afternoon we walked into our room & it had never been cleaned, beds not made, no new towels, trash cans were full, no replacing paper coffee cups. We basically went to the front desk each day and got all of our new supplies for coffee in the morning. Weird.. Other than the room staff, the rest of the hotel was fantastic and the food down at the restaurant was excellent."

"The hotel was great, especially for the Price! I loved the pillows, absolutely love, but the bed was a little too firm for my liking, but was very thankful that it had lots of extra covers nice and thick felt homie, and everything was great and close by for our trip"
