"Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, gut eingerichtet, schnell vom Dorf erreichbar und ruhig gelegen. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl in der schönen Wohnung. Die Kommunikation war etwas schwierig und es war nicht von Anfang an klar, wo der Schlüssel abgeholt werden kann, wenn man nach 15 Uhr in der Lenzerheide ankommt. "Boutique hotel in downtown. Easy access from the train station using the bus. Walkable but hilly area. Very helpful staff. The gentleman at the desk helped me with local transportation to tourist sites and with dining recommendations. Comfortable room with unique design. A two night stay gave me access to local buses as well as the mountain transportation (gondolas, chair lifts, etc). This is a wonderful amenity provided by the city I believe."

"Me encanto este hotel. Excelente ubicacion, a solo 7 minutos de la estación del tren y el maravilloso lago de St. Moritz. Nuestra habitación tenia balcon con vista hermosa a la ciudad y a las montañas. La cama y las almohadas super comodas. Todo estaba impecable. El desayuno super completo, ofrecia de la carta omelettes, bebidas como chocolate caliente, capuccino, entre otras. Habia variedad de frutas, panes, mortadela, jamon, quesos, yogurt griego, semillas y nueces. En general muy rico, completo y la atención super especial. Nos ofrecieron traslado del hotel a la estación del tren y recogida tambien. Esta incluido en lo que pagas por estadia. Muy recomendado, me hospedaria nuevamente aqui."

"The hotel is older but most of it has been renovated. We just stayed one night before we went to Tirano on the train. The room was clean and the hotel was close to the train station. We dealt with a young woman on the desk in the morning and she was polite and helpful. I also thought I had left something in the room and when I phoned they were very willing to go check for it. They promptly phoned back and let me know it wasn’t there. Thankfully I found I had packed it in a different place"

"The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and the service was excellent throughout our visit. The warm hospitality made our stay especially memorable. We’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Pontresina. The most exceptional experience we had was we forgot an important bag with meaningful and irreplaceable items. House cleaning promptly informed management and Jennifer reached out to us. She then mailed the items to our next hotel and gave us the tracking number. This eased our anxieties quickly and allowed us to enjoy the rest of our trip. 10/10 recommendation and will be staying there again in the future."
