The G Hotel and Spa

"We had a great stay at the G. The hotel is just outside of the city center, close enough to walk, easy enough to grab a car and be there in a few minutes. There is a small shopping center directly behind the hotel if you need anything. The staff is incredibly helpful with anything you need or just to have a chat. The lounge and restaurant are beautifully appointed with nice views of lake. The food is some of the best food we ate in London and Ireland. The rooms are spacious and clean and have great space to hang your clothes and put everything away so you feel at home. We would highly recommend staying at the G while in Galway!"

"Overall, nice place. A little too hipster cute. Door to our balcony was nearly impossible to open or close once you got it open. Doorknob and window mechanism to outside in need of repair. You’re also competing with classes & gym members for space there, which is somewhat annoying. Minor issues for — by and large — a comfortable place to stay."

"Hotel Isaac's is in the Victorian Quarter of Cork. Mere blocks from the train station and bus stops, plus the bridge over the River Lee to the City Center of Cork. Loved my room shared with my friend. Ate breakfast at Greens Restaurant every day. Definitely would stay again. Thank you to the staff."

"Front desk was unbelievably helpful from dinner suggestions to making reservations. Rory was extremely knowledgeable about every little thing we asked about. He’s a great asset to The Sung Hotel l. Absolutely will recommend to friends who are visiting Ireland soon !!!"

"The service -- warmth, responsiveness, sense of humour -- of the staff were the best we have ever experienced. Ditto for the quality of the breakfast as well -- incredible variety of fresh, mostly locally sourced items so that even the continental option was an array of choices unlike any other of this type. Our room was luxurious: super comfy bed, gorgeous view, space, niceties in the room for making espresso, tea or regular coffee."

"Had a nice stay. Good location with free parking. Nice large comfortable room. Only negative - was breakfast service was very slow, and a bit underwhelming. Tea and coffee should be the first thing served not the last. The staff were unmotivated to serve."
