"Air conditioning was great. Staff is always great. I have put off statung that the parking lot always has trash in it. Noone makes an effort to clean it up. This last visit they had certain clientele that openly smoked dope in the parking lot. Were loud and disruptive at all hours. Sevwral guests had loud dogs that was never addressed. Even with onsite security people were left to run free. "

"No coffee in room. Breakfast offered average. Room could definitely use some refreshing and updates. Could not so through the windows, tub looked very dirty, but we think it was stained, front of refrigerator has been beat to death, kitchen counter has separated so not level and has big gap. Lights need updated, room very dark. Property needs paint, water pressure was good, a/c worked. Carpet not clean."

"The bed was comfortable and the pillows were good quality. The room seemed clean enough. The room was dated and had a run-down feel. The tiny toiletry items were insufficient. The motel grounds were filthy and littered with cigarette butts, drink containers, and dog poop. A panhandler who appeared intellectually disabled greeted me at the front door. A man carrying a long-handled scraper, which he put away in a closet, came into the lobby while I was checking in. He showed me what appeared to be a miniature salesman's sample of a prosthetic built into a high, laced boot resembling that of a World War I soldier. He, too, appeared to be intellectually disabled. I'd pass on this one."

"Great place to stay if you have pets with you. Room was very comfortable and clean but the courtyard made everything convenient for my stay with my dog. Also had a nice breakfast spread. "
