The master bedroom has a 30" color TV and glass sliding door to access the covered lanai where you can enjoy your morning coffee or a quite reading space. The living room has a 50" color TV and a Bose radio for your music listening pleasure. This Courtyard Villa is located in the Village of Fernandina conveniently located next to several championship and executive golf courses, as well as swimming pools, tennis courts, and pickleball courts. Lake Sumter Landing Square and Brownwood Paddock Square are a 10-to-15 minute golf cart ride away where you can enjoy restaurants, shops, movies, and free nightly live music entertainment. The Villages is a fully accessible golf cart community and this villa offers a 2013 Yamaha gas golf cart for your enjoyment with a signed Liability Waiver.
