Das Haus ist in einer ruhigeren Nebenstraße und Zentrumsnah.

Pros: Alles war sehr sauber und man merkt das die Wohnung mit viel liebe zum Detail eingerichtet wurde. Die Einrichtung wirkte sehr neu. Die Kommunikation vorab hat wunderbar funktioniert und alles war wie beschrieben. Preis - Leistungsverhältnis eine 10 von 10! Das Einkaufszentrum, der Bäcker und das Wasser sind in weniger als 10 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Gerne nehmen wir die Wohnung bei unseren nächsten Aufenthalt in Wilhelmshaven wieder, sofern sie frei ist. Cons: Für Menschen die nicht so gut zu Fuß sind, ist diese Wohnung leider nicht geeignet. Sie befindet sich im 3 OG ohne Aufzug.

Pros: Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, super ausgestattet und schön eingerichtet. Die Küche verfügt über alles was das Herz begehrt, von Kaffemaschine über Toaster bis zur Mikrowelle. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer war sehr gemütlich und auch die Bettwäsche wirkte hochwertig und vor allem sauber. Bei Fragen stand Frau Krause jederzeit per WhatsApp oder Anruf zur Verfügung und die Kommunikation verlief stets sehr freundlich. Wir können die Ferienwohnung zu 100% weiterempfehlen und die Bilder stimmen mit der Realität überein! Die Lage war für uns auch perfekt. Man kann zu Fuß (ca. 20 Minuten) die Promenade erreichen und ganz in der Nähe (5 Minuten zu Fuß) ist ein größeres Einkaufszentrum mit einem Supermarkt und den üblichen Bekleidungsgeschäften sowie einem Café. Parken kann man direkt vor dem Haus (mit Parkscheibe für 2 Stunden von 9 bis 19 Uhr). Eine Straße weiter kann man kostenlos und ohne Parkscheibe parken. Es gibt wirklich nichts auszusetzen und wir würden auf jeden Fall nochmal wiederkommen!

Zentrale Lage

Pros: Wir haben die Ferienwohnung Krause als sehr angenehm empfunden. Die Wohnung war äußerst sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Küche und Badezimmer waren hervorragend ausgestattet – es war wirklich alles vorhanden, was man für einen gelungenen Kurzurlaub benötigt. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen war das öftere Knacken der Gasheizung sowie die Lage der Wohnung im Dachgeschoss, die nur über einen längeren Treppeanstieg erreichbar ist. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben sind die zentrale Lage sowie die Möglichkeit, unsere Fahrräder sicher im Innenhof unterzustellen. Unser Fazit: Wir kommen gerne wieder

Sehr schön Ferienwohnung

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr moderne und saubere Wohnung. Gerne wieder.Wilhelmshaven hat einiges geboten. Trotz kalten Wetter, viel unterwegs gewesen.
