"We had a minor hiccup when we first arrived at the cabin as our activation code wasn't working and there is virtually no cell service at the cabin. Luckily, my husband was able to get on the wifi and get a call through to the host who quickly resolved the issue. The cabin was very clean and comfortable with a beautiful view! "Three Trails is ideally located in downtown Elkin. It, however, is located next to an active railroad line and trains do sound their horns early in the mornings and sometimes at night. Three Trails is also on the corner of the main street junction of the city. Therefore, there is street noise. Three Trails would be much improved, and more comfortable for guests, if sound proofing glass is installed in the windows. "Cabin was cozy and warm with the nice propane heater. Firepit and grill were great, creek was really nice. Wifi went out a couple times, shower was great, but a bit clunky to use."
